Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic social media marketing intern to join our team and help our brands grow! This is a paid, part-time internship position, averaging 20 hours per week.

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule social media posts for multiple brands on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

• Monitor and manage brands’ social media channels

• Work with the Marketing Director to create and manage a social media schedule for multiple brands

• Work with the Marketing and Editorial teams to brainstorm campaign ideas

• Provide suggestions to Marketing team for improving user experience on social platforms and internal processes

What We’re Looking For:

• An enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to work independently

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills

• Superb communication skills

• Understanding and familiarity with social media channels, especially Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field

• Bonus: Familiar with creating content for social media

• Bonus: Skilled at sourcing humourous or relatable content to feature on brand’s social channels

• Bonus: Experience growing a social media channel
